A large venetian blind needs the mechanism look at. It's isn't closing or opening or raising or lowering. I also need a curtain rail put up. (the curtain rail is in the apartment).

@Christopher A. I've added a picture of the blind. It's only 3 years old but the original shop has closed. It's the normal pully strings, separate ones for raising/lowering and another for closing opening. Neither are working.
Can you provide a picture of the mechanism?
