Window upgrades

Price is open to negotiation once the provider has seen the work required. What is needed: repainting and resealing wooden windows - the double glazing is fine but paint and sealant is peeling and needs to be refreshed/redone in places, both inside and outside. Roughly 4 standard windows plus a small bay window, on the first and second floor of our duplex. See pics - the windows needed on the front are circled in red and then there are two at the back on the second floor, which can be accessed by ladder from our rear patio.
