Steel gate

I’m looking for a welder/fabricator to make a custom steel gate frame with hinges. I’ll be taking care of fitting the PVC/wood infill panels myself. I’m open to ideas or design suggestions if you have experience with gates — especially around hinge types, frame strength, or weather protection.
