Open locked washing machine door

My washing machine door is locked and I cannot open it even having removed the panel on top of the machine and attempting to open it from the inside. Clothes that I need are stuck inside it. Tuesday late afternoon or evening 20 Jan ideally

Add a photo of the front of the washing machine then I should know what to do
@Daniel R. Thanks have checked manual alright and no mention of a chord, had a good look at the machine outside and inside and couldn’t see one, ChatGPT reckons the model doesn’t have a chord. I’ve accepted I may well need to replace the machine (have just moved in and it was left behind by previous owners) so main priority now is to get the clothes out even if breaking the lock beyond repair (if lock itself can be repaired then great)
Might have a pull cord where’s the filter is best is to check manual to locate to make sure if you have it. Just make sure to unplug washing machine first and drain water
