Cross Trainer

I recently purchased a second-hand Life Fitness cross trainer (model 95xi/93xi) and am seeking assistance with an issue I’ve noticed. I have contacted a number of service companies to inspect the machine, however, none have been able to assist as they do not cover my area. The arms and pedals appear to be out of alignment, and during use it feels as though the machine “jumps,” when using it, it's not a normal feeling. I provided a short video, it might help. I was hoping you might be able to offer support or advice on this matter, or possibly arrange a house call to assess and repair the machine if required.
