Garden raised beds

Looking to do the garden I want raised beds made of blocks and rendered. They'll be going along the length of 2 walls so that will be the back side of the beds 90cm deep at each end, in the corder narrower at 60cm to allow for a seating area. 60cm hight overall. toughly 7m by 9m I can take precise measurements again when we commence as you can see in the picture there is only lawn in there at the moment so the ground would need to be prepped as well I see I can order all materials to be delivered and the machine for mixing, I do require skilled labour since my husband is not entertaining the idea of picking up a new skill I've put a random number as a budget, I have no idea how much would it cost for such a job
