Hide exposed staircase LED wiring

Description
Staircase LED step lights are already fitted and working, but the wiring is currently exposed running along the corner between the wall and the stair stringer in narrow trunking. Looking for someone to neaten this up so the wires and connector joints at each step are properly hidden with something (maybe trunking/trims etc), I can paint it off later.

@Niall T. Sure,Im free today also, incase if you want to come. I have wooden L trim with me - i feel it would do the job, just have to fit it in the wall along skirtings.
