Utility Room

I have a utility room behind my kitchen I want re done. There’s a washing machine in there at the moment which is staying, but I want it painted and storage put in. Would need the pipes boxed in also. Some pictures here of what it’s like now. And some pictures of roughly what I’d like it to be. The measurements are slightly different. It’s just some ideas I’d like. Price listed is for the work. I’d be purchasing everything needed myself for someone to do, etc
