Shaving down bottom of door / grout on tiles

Description
I have got two tiles that have lost their grout and risen up ( due to underfloor heating) meaning the door of our bathroom doesn’t open properly. I need someone to take the door off and shave the bottom down slightly (so that it can open) and put the door back on. Also I need grout to be placed between the tiles that have come up. Thanks
