Bathroom Repairs and painting

Hi there, looking for a local handyman/multi-trade worker for a house refresh in Glanmire, Cork. Bathroom paint and materials are fully supplied on-site. Screen and bath panels will be ordered shortly. I will buy the remaining indoor/outdoor paint once a contract is agreed. The jobs include: * Fit a standard glass bath shower screen (supplied). * Remove old worn bathroom silicone, clean, and apply a fresh layer of anti-mould sanitary silicone around the bath. * Fit a new front acoustic bath panel, end panel, and corner joint (supplied), and secure loose skirting board. * Fix a minor pipe leak under the downstairs bathroom toilet (currently dripping into a bowl). * Adjust two bedroom doors that doesn't close properly and fix door sill. * Paint a small bathroom, one bedroom, kitchen, and the hall/landing walls. * Prep and paint the external window sills.
