Tilt-and-Turn Window Repair

’m looking for someone experienced with tilt-and-turn windows to repair a window in my apartment. The window can still open fully in the normal side-opening position, but the tilt function is no longer working properly. When I try to open it in the tilted position (opening slightly from the top), it does not stay securely in place as it should. The window also does not close tightly against the frame, leaving a small gap even when fully closed. I suspect there may be an issue with the hinge, locking mechanism, or tilt-and-turn hardware, which may need adjustment, repair, or replacement. Photos of the window and mechanism are attached.
