I am looking for someone to clean the gutters on my house and replace an exterior wall vent cover on the 1st floor. The vent cover has fallen off from the plaster. I need someone with a tall ladder to fit/glue the new vent cover securely. Please let me know your price and availability. Located in Balbriggan. Thank you!

@Ruslans P. Hi, thanks for your offer. My neighbour recently paid €110 for gutter cleaning, and another neighbour paid €150 including window cleaning. My gutters are only around 15 metres long and the house is L-shaped, not a full square. So €200 seems a bit expensive, especially as fixing the vent grille would be done at the same time. Would you be able to come down a little on the price?
