Re-roofing shed

€2,500

Description

Old pig shed from the early 1900s needs a new roof to turn into a workroom. Straps have been put down already on both front and back, concrete reinforcement at top of wall poured (with rebar) and the angles have been squared. This is a high-wind area and this shed needs a fascia board in addition to a roof. Bitumen roof or some other relatively quiet roofing material is preferred. Fall from the front is 15 degrees I think. Only ladders have been used, no scaffolding and we've been walking round the top to do the work (wall is about a foot thick). I can order wood, rent scaffold if you prefer, and obtain other materials but would prefer to be given a list as I'm not a pro roofer and this has been a pure homework project so far. The shed is on a high hill with no access road but there is a dumper which can be used. Sorry this was pulled down once, my earlier post was messy and little information, plus I offered a random amount. I would really appreciate a quote and to be informed as to what you feel is reasonable, and what you would be comfortable with. It could be more or less than what I stated here. Thank you

Insulated cladding would be an option. What sort of workroom do you mean?
