Some plumbing tasks

Hi, we have three plumbing jobs that need doing: 1. Bathroom washbasin: Remove the existing push-button basin waste (click-clack plug) and fit a new one. 2. Toilet cistern – ballcock not shutting off: Repair or replace the ballcock / fill valve so that it shuts off properly when the cistern is full and stops the water running. 3. Second bathroom toilet cistern – water level too low: Adjust the ballcock / fill valve to raise the water level in the cistern, so it fills to the correct level.
