Sloping breakfast bar, is it a worktop? Can you explain more? Any chance you can upload photos of it? Where is the breakfast bar? Is it on top of cabinet? Or separate?

Ok. So are the window handles not moving or do they move but won't open the window? How many windows like this? Also how many cabinet hinges are broken?
