@James L.
Grand job so I will pay the deposit and give you the rest on Wednesday . I leave for work at 930 but you should only really need a key to the shed and the Eircode . Will accept job now and pay deposit
@James L.
Thanks for getting in touch James … unfortunately I don’t have any materials handy and to be honest wouldn’t have a clue at what to get or how to prepare the roof .
Measure the 10 foot part of shed and get exact size for me please.
Edge across to edge of roof.
That will tell you whether you need 1 or 2 flashing piece for front as discussed.
I'll look into the perspex but size could be issue.
That's an off cut size so might have to get a sheet maybe unless you know of someone with an offcut.
@Garrett D.
Hi Garret … if you could throw in a piece of Perspex into that broken window , and fit it ( 22.5 x 17 ins)in the picture we would have a deal at 450 for the whole lot
@Garrett D.
I would say it’s in decent order and is in timber . I’ve had a cover over it to try and ward off the rain . Left hand back corner would be a bit damp though

Yes Vinny, that includes the Taskmatch fee.
@James L. Hi James … is that including Taskmatch fee that I have to pay up front ?
No problem, thanks
@James L. Hi James … that’s fine . Will just check with the Mrs if she is around on Wednesday cos I’m working . Will let you know by lunchtime
@James L. Hi James … if you could quote for the whole job materials and labour that would be great . There’s no mad rush either
No problem, I could give you a list Felt/ nails etc or I could include supply if you like. No pressure, if it doesn't suit don't worry

@Garrett D. No hassle.. I’m working so won’t be able to chat till later anyway
Perfect vinny, cheers, ill txt later on, out busy at minute. Thanks.
@Garrett D. Hi yeah it’s 10 by 8 and added a few photos of inside
Kept it covered as much as you can so otherwise the timber will need changing out or added on to.
@Garrett D. I’ll measure properly at lunchtime just to clarify . Looking to get done as soon as possible but there’s no panic .. very flexible

@Garrett D. Material wise that’s fine by me … it’s the cost of labour that’s frightens me . What would you be talking about ? Many thanks
@Garrett D. I would indeed depending on the price
Would you consider metal sheeting on the roof. Total 100% waterproof and no upkeep or replacement like felt.
