Soundproofing of a stud wall in the apartment, size of wall 4m x 3m. Remove existing plasterboard and skirting board. Install high-density acoustic mineral wool (45-60kg/m³) within the cavity. Apply acoustic tape on studs before fitting plasterboard. Use resilient channels (if space allows) to decouple the plasterboard from the studs. Attach dense acoustic plasterboard (Soundbloc or equivalent) Apply acoustic sealant along all edges, joints, and around electrical sockets. Use acoustic putty pads around electrical sockets to prevent sound leaks. Reattach floating skirting board using flexible acoustic sealant. Plaster skim and paint. Dispose of old plasterboard. Aim to complete within 2 days.

That's perfect, just wanted to know I'll try find the best price I can and I'll get an offer in as soon as I can
@Tomás R. Wasn't planning to supply the materials as I assumed they could be sourced cheaper by a trades person. Though open to suggestions
Hi Ciarán, are you supplying the material, or would you need a supply and fit? Regards. Tomás
@Ciarán M. Ah true yeah, the painting could probably wait. Would love to get it done ASAP really
How soon are you looking to get this done??
Plaster will take up minimum 3days to dry before it can be painted
