Hi Paul, unfortunately it has to be because the meter itself is in the hall but facing the door. I used to have a little small panal door there but the company that did the door covered it up. Iv had esb etc out and they can't get a reading for ages now so I need to either ger it fully taken out(its not attached to frame) or a piece cut out to be able to read it. Also Paul iv not a clue how much it costs so ud be better at that than me. Im sure its more than I put down and iv no probs with that at all but its urgent that's my biggest issue. Thanks Paul????

Breda are you sure this panel needs to be cut? Is the meter in the house behind it?
