Hi Anne ,my suggestion it’s to change the plasterboard,for a new one ,because it’s too bad,it’s not helping if you will paint,if was leaking from roof or somewhere else it’s done this plasterboard I did a lot of kind of job ,if you will need to change the plasterboard and to do plastering let me know,we can to paint also ,thanks !
