Hi just had a look at the picture there the two breakers tripped are they just blanks or do you know if they are normally in the upright position

If tank was changed could be sownrhinb simple like trapped air that needs to be bled once I’ve got pictures I can quote and advise for if a plumber is needed

@Ben C. Thanks, the Expansion tank failed recently and was replaced.

@Ben C. Sorry for delay and thanks for your time, will send pics shortly.

It looks like upon my research it is more likely a problem on the water side which would require a plumber to replace however if the problem is a pcb board problem Or a fuse then I would be able to repair as I would be qualified to work on the electrics and refrigerant side of the system but not the water side

Also how old is your heat pump Most manufacturers offer a 5 year parts warranty

Would you be able to post for me pictures of the outdoor condenser unit the indoor condenser unit and the water tank if possible for me looking up the codes online is showing a few different problems which can be tested for such as the DHW actuator/ pump/ fuse so that’s where I would be proceeding to check if I could get some pictures or the water tank access etc that would be great thanks

I’m not familiar with the brand itself but they are all very similar so what is exactly not working with the heat pump the hot water?

Sheila M. 3 days ago

@Ben C. Do you have experience of the air to water Swedish "Sirius Varmeteknik" Heat Pump system sold by Sweco of Redcourt County Wicklow. Ours needs a service: Heat Pump responds to demand from Unipipe underfloor heating, but not to demand from hot taps. Control Panel shows 29/31 but should show 39 plus. Storage tank goes to 58 not 60. Is Regfridgerant (R407C) OK? Have some fuses blown? (3 fans running ok) Swedish OEM might respond to professional questions.
