Fix tall ceiling light fixture

My ceiling light got hit and pulled its securement hook from the ceiling, so now it hangs too low. My ceiling is really tall and my own ladder won't reach it to fix it back. The fixture is still ok but the shade broke in the process. I'd like to rehang this light to the right height. I'd also like to replace two shades, this one and the one in the dining area, so they match. I have the shades already, just need help with the install. Thank you!
