@Gary O. I've added a photo of the back. It's fascia only as the soffit is inaccessable due to roof of the extension.

@James H. No sanding or undercoat needed. Just 2 coats of self-priming paint, which I'll supply.
@James H. Yes, but new fascia boards were put up last week (Sadolin treated but not painted).

I can check tomorrow at work if i have enough ledder, if i have can do on weekends, looks good weather if that okay for you
@Tornike M. I'd guess its about 7 meters at apex (see photo) but ground slopes away from the house. Because the soffit us tongue & groove, it would have to be brushed, not rolled. I'd want 2 coats - no sanding or undercoat required. Need it done asap before the weather turns bad.
