Integrated Fridge Not Staying Cold

Description
I am looking for an appliance repair person to look at my integrated fridge-freezer and fix it. The top section (the main fridge) is alternating between working and not working. Even when I turn the temperature setting up to high, it does not stay cold reliably. The freezer section is still working fine.

If the fridger is having too much ice,Try to defrost the fridge... Switch off the power for 24 hrs, leave the doors open and wipe the floor with towel when it starts melting Else buy the new fridge
95% of the time replacement would be advised due to high cost of parts if needed + labour and if it’s anything broken in refrigeration cycle gas etc it wouldn’t be worth fixing would be close to price of a new fridge
