@Przemyslaw M. You're new here and don't know the full site rules. You have to put in an offer for the full cost of the maximum cost of the job including materials. Also if you put in low offer and tell the person you will do a deal later, the website admin will suspend your profile for a week or they might decide to delete your profile completely. Don't risk it as this person has said they already got other offers. Put in your offer for the maximum amount the job will cost.
