@Mark A. Hi Mark..Yes..I see that now but we re set the door bell to factory settings so now we need to re connect it and as we don't know how. Thanks for replying !

Hi Sean, there's some sort of issue effecting the whole ring network today showing the same error, is this what your experiencing?
