We need a repair to a pitched roof on an extension. There is an intermittent leak that occurs after very heavy rain. The loss adjuster and roofing company suggested the cause is wear and tear and the pitch of the roof being low. Hoping to get a quote for a repair job, that does not involve replacing the roof

@Sarah D. Hi Sarah, yes absolutely, i may not be able to get the photos for a few days, but I'll take some pics. I think you will need to take the tiles off to get a proper view though.
