Pre-Rent Fixing & Improvements

I’m moving out of my house in Drumcondra as I’m relocating but I’m planning to rent it out while I’m away. Ahead of accepting tenants, there are a bunch of things I need done in the house. They include: - installing a new kitchen worktop and sink and trim - fixing broken kitchen drawers and presses - sealing an old cat flap on a back door - fixing some skirting and putting in some new skirting trim - fixing a broken toilet I’m looking for someone to just come and do everything in one shot.
