Fix Balcony Door

Description

The Balcony door metal connection to the frame has been displaced away from its frame due to strong winds and the nails of it are out too. I want someone to fix it and put it back inside the door frame at the top please. I live in an apartment on first floor above the ground. Balcony floor is wood.
