[Urgent] basinet tap running

The tap broke I think, and the hot water keeps running. Chaning tap position doesnt work ar all... advise if it can fixed or change to new tap

@Roberto B. There should be a valve down along the pipe at the back of the basin, (approx. Half way down the pipe, on hot water tap side) turn it to stop the water going to the hot water tap. If not your tank will empty.
