Have you tried contacting the installers? There should be a 30yr guarantee with the product
Hi Tim. Just repainting with topcoat wont work. It needs to be sanded back to the fibre and recoated
Main flat roof is roughly 9mtrs by 10mtrs then the small flat roof on top is 9mtrs by 4mtrs
Have you got the materials? How do you want to seal it?
