Installation of exercise mount into ceiling

Hi, I have two mounts that I need installed into my ceiling. They are for an aerial fitness system, which are rated to 500kg - so it will need to be installed into beams (not just hung from the ceiling sheet). When I last had this installed the person came with a studfinder and a small camera to find the best spot to place it. Thanks!

@Alex N. Definitely no concrete, and I'm not sure what is in the ceiling (I believe there are wooden beams but I'm not sure how thick or where)
@Deepak A. I'm still waiting for the mounts to arrive, they were meant to come today but haven't. Would later in the week be possible?
