Hang glass pieces to a light fixture

Hi I recently bought a Chandelier and I did not realise the crystal pieces were to be hung up separately- I got a handyman out to fit the light fixture but he said that’s all he can do, I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out??? It’s an unfinished job!
