Painting one bedroom apartment

Description
We are the Social Housing Charity association and we are looking for a painter to paint one bedroom apartment (Living room, bedroom, kitchen and hallway) - walls in light grey and ceiling in white colour + skirting boards in white. Paint is not provided, you will need to buy the paint. Also, because we are dealing with Dublin City Council we require painter with valid insurance certificate. Please note that we don't do cash payments, it will be transferred to your bank account. This is first apartment, if job is done properly we will have three more apartments that will need to be painted in next 20-30 days.
