Painting of decking and some sanding

Description
We have wooden decking, approximately 12 metres squared. The decking needs to be washed, small areas of it need to be sanded and then the entire decking painted. Ronseal decking paint will be provided. Please see photos. Photos 1 and 3 show the decking length in 2 halves. Photo 2 shows the entire decking. The area requiring sanding is shown in photo 1, near the doorway. The sanding is required in the grooves of the decking.
