I need a Qualified Electrician to fix some lights which are broken in a 1 Bed Apartment on St. Mary's Road in Ballsbridge. Please no time waster as the last person was not a qualified Electrician and couldn't complete the work required. There are four lights which are not working and need to be fixed.
