Bedroom doors rehang and kitchen hinge broken

Hi, Two bedroom doors are getting more and more difficult to close and make a very loud scraping noise on floor divider. I need someone to rehang the doors or make the room floor board smaller. Also kitchen corner cupboard hinge needs fixing. I'm not sure of the budget as the work should only take an hour - so whatever the going rate is ok.
