Hello - I need to replace this lock, I don’t have the key and the lock does not come out because it is turned, hence you likely need to drill this out. The lock is already mostly drilled. You also need to bring the new lock to replace it. Normal lock, no thumb turn, side-to-side it is about 8cm Job is in The Liberties Thanks,
