A small repair above my pergola roof

I need assistance with a small repair above my pergola roof. The work involves: 1. Temporarily opening or removing part of the patio roof to access the area near the gutter line. 2. Sealing a gap around a pipe (sealing part will be provided). 3. Re-attaching and securely screwing back the fallen soffit vent cover beside the pipe. 4. Re-fitting and closing the pergola roof securely afterwards. The goal is to ensure the area is watertight, properly sealed, and the soffit vent cover is firmly fixed in place.
