Stiple on ceiling, needs to replastered. Standard semi ensuite room . Looking to move into room so would appreciate asap. Other works again too

It is not recommended to put plaster over it, it may peel off, it is best to chew it off and then put a new one on.
@Aurel D. Can you see if you can plaster over it? Does old need ro be removed ?
All this plaster needs to be cleaned and removed and replaced with new one, finish filer, sanding, primer, painting and other little things.
