Add insulation to T&G ceiling

Description

I have a 20ftx20ft outdoor gazebo with a T&G ceiling. I want to install 70mm rigid foam insulation between the rafters. Job will involve taking the spot lights off, remove the wooden T&G slats, install rigid insulation boards between the rafters (100mm gap between metal roof sheeting and insulation) and re-install the T&G and lights. I can supply the insulation.

@Paul M. Hi Paul, I realize that may happen. Doesn't need to be perfect. If any of the lengths gets TOO damaged to use, we could always replace them.

Umar to remove the T&g timber can sometimes breaks the T&g parts, especially if the planks have been nailed to the ceiling. To refit them afterwards is not going to be a perfect job.
