Looking for help assembling a small run of IKEA shallow base cabinets, with some cutting work required. The cabinets: • 2 × MAXIMERA 40cm base cabinets with drawers • 1 × METOD 40cm base cabinet with shelves and door • Plinth, legs, cover panels • SÄLJAN worktop (186 × 63.5 × 3.8 cm) — needs cutting down to approx. 124 × 41 cm • Side panels need to be cut from 103 cm to approximately 88 cm in height (they need to finish flush with the worktop — exact cut to be measured on site; Finished worktop height target: approx 88 cm from floor) What I need: • Full assembly of the three cabinets • On-site cutting of the worktop and side panels (please confirm you have the tools needed for the worktop) • Levelling and placement against the wall • All packaging removed/tidied I can share the IKEA order list, design sketches, and a finished-look reference once you’ve quoted. All items are already on site. Location: apartment with elevator on Grand Canal Dock. Easy access.
Hi Aida, able on Saturday afternoon, or Monday/tuesday
@Alex N. Hi Alex. What are your earliest available dates?
@Darren L. Hi Darren, thanks for the offer. Quick question, the job involves cutting down a SÄLJAN worktop (1860mm → 1245mm) and side panels (103cm → ~88cm) on site. Are you set up for that, do you have a circular saw or table saw, and have you cut SÄLJAN-style chipboard worktops before? Just want to make sure that part of the work is comfortable for you. Also, what are your earliest dates available? Thanks, Aida
