The Velux stopped responding to the remote pad. I thought if I reset the pad that would reboot the connection. A mistake, I now realise! I need a 'know how to' Velux person please.

@Zak N. Hi Zac, Thanks for your question. The difficulty as I see it is that the Velux operation appears to be dependant on the battery software and it doesn't open manually. The window handle is about 10ft high and is reachable with out 2-3 steps ladder. Just to give you a heads up - this job as I see it requires a person who is familiar and confident with trouble shooting tricky Velux problems. Thanks a million, Mary
