Fix roller blind, sink cabinet door & hood vent

Description
The plasterboard above a roller blind bracket has blown out/crumbled and the bracket needs to be refitted. I also have an under-sink small cabinet door that has ripped out of the carcass frame. The chipboard around the hinge mounting holes have blown out and lost its thread, so the hinge plate won't hold. Last thing is I need a vent mounted to an outer wall from the kitchen fan. I have the new vent purchased I just can't reach it safely to install as it's on a second floor and so need a ladder.
