Hi Yifei, Then if you are renting it is the landlord who should cover the cost of getting it fixed. You need to let your landlord know the washing machine is broken. If they don't fix it in a week or 2. Then you have the right of getting it fixed your self and giving the landlord the bill as part of your rent. i.e If you pay €100 to get it fixed you can give the €100 invoice as credit towards the rent. You will need to get an invoice. I hope that was a help.

Could you try to put in Drain and spin program and see if spin function is working
