Replaster house

I am in the process of purchasing a house in Bessbrook, Newry in NI. After getting the survey done, high levels of rising damp were detected downstairs. For context, it is a mid terrace solid stone house built in 1880. I already have a company that is going to be treating the damp areas, but I need someone to give me an official quote to replaster the original stone walls, prime and paint etc., as well as reinsulate the kitchen (a newer extension) and plaster, prime, paint etc. This would be for every wall, and from the floor to 1.2m in height (so not floor to ceiling). This person will need to be fully qualified. Please see dimensions below: Living room: 3.69m x 3.12m Bathroom: 2.2m x 2.18m Kitchen (new extension): 4.23m x 2.65m Unfortunately, it is not possible to view this house yet and so I realise than this quote will be ballpark, and that when it comes time for an in person quote this figure could be significantly higher.
