Looking for a one-off cleanup of both front and back gardens at a house in Skerries, Co. Dublin. Back garden (roughly 35-40 sq m, mix of Indian sandstone paving and a gravel zone): Full weed clearance — paving joints, gravel area, raised border, base of walls and shed. Long-life weed suppression to last at least 2-3 years. My preferred approach: lift the gravel, install heavy-duty woven weed membrane underneath, re-lay the gravel, then re-joint the paving with kiln-dried or polymeric sand. Open to your method if better. Approximately 4-6 sq m of additional sandstone paving to extend the patio into part of the gravel zone. Final layout to be agreed on site, ideally matching the existing stone. Plant work. Keep: the white calla lilies in the raised bed, the red Photinia at the back wall, the ground cover beside the patio, and the small acer in the corner pot. Remove dead or scraggy plants from the ceramic pots and tidy/prune everything else that's overgrown. Shed and Big Green Egg stay where they are. Pressure wash the paved area once weeding and re-jointing are done. Front garden (small lawn either side of driveway, plus driveway and gravel strip): Lawn restoration. Currently heavily weeded with clover and dandelions and patchy in places. Looking for either a scarify, weed-and-feed plus overseed, or a full re-turf if you think that's the better route. Tell me what you'd recommend. Weed and treat the tarmac driveway joints and the gravel strip on the right-hand side. Same long-life approach as the back where feasible. Trim and shape all front shrubs and any box hedging. Take a look at the tatty wooden trellis panel on the left side of the lawn — flag whether it needs replacing or just refixing. Both gardens: remove all green waste and rubble from site. How to quote: Please give me a clear breakdown so I can compare like-for-like: Labour (with a finish date rather than hour count) Materials (itemised: paving, membrane, gravel top-up, jointing sand, weedkiller, turf or seed, etc.) Skip or waste disposal I'm open to you sourcing everything, me sourcing everything, or a split — whatever you'd normally do. Just be clear which it is. Photos attached. Side passage access is straightforward.

@. It does't look like you need to put down new turf. Whats their can be treated a seeded to bring it back up. Also seal the tarmac after fully cleaned off and power washed. If you want to get new stones or the ones you have can be treated and washed also and layed back down. You be surprised how well they can come back up with the proper cleaning. 5 days max for the garden to be finished.
