Hi, I have own tools and experience with PVC windows. I can fit 5 window restrictors compliant for Fingal Council - non-locking, 100mm, auto re-engage. Available tomorrow at 10:30am. You will need to supply the restrictors (compliant type from Screwfix / Amazon). Let me know, thanks! Maxim
