Replace hot water immersion element

I am looking to get the element replaced. I had solar fitted this week and the installers told me that the diverter from the solar array can't heat the hot water as it looks like the immersion element is not working. The tank is approx 41 inches high and 18 inches wide I am looking for supply and install
