Hi, I have a Voeker Boiler with EPH EMber heating control. it is four zone heating system, downstairs is one of the zones and it only works when I turn on other zones, doesnt work when switched on its own. the other zones do. I have tried the stat and doesn't seem to be the issue. If i put on zone one on its own the boiler doesn't turn on consistently. Boiler is 9 years old and was serviced three years ago. Thanks

@Karl B. Hi Karl, I don't have an ember stat just the control unit and the app. The stats are pretty standard and poor banico basic dial units. I'll try get a few snaps on the units to you Wed as not about until the Thanks Jonathan
Hi Jonathan, can you post a pic of the display on the ember stat. It could be an issue with a motorised valve but if you can post a pic first we can work through a few things. Thanks
