Electric shower not working

Description
Issue with Electric shower. When turned on, the water stops after a few mins. Not sure what the problem is? It’s like there’s something blocking the water from coming out. Update 06/09/2026- shower worked for a while but has since stopped working completely. The shower will turn on but No water is coming out. Still need help.

Hi Lizzie , seems like an issue with your integrated pump , that model would have a pump as standard. As said , would be cheaper to get replaced than repaired (in the long run )
Hi all, my apologies for the delay in responding. Thanks for getting back to me and for the advices/recommendations. I will discuss the feedback with my family and revert back shortly. If we head down the replacement route, is there anyone that can do this. Someone experienced with electrical showers.

I'd agree with George, replacement is a far better option. By the looks of your pics I'd imagine you could probably do with an extra fan in the bathroom too. Someone messing about with replacement parts will just land you in the same problem weeks down the line. (Not applying for the job, just free advice)
To be honest , i would recomend replaceing the whole unit...you can buy a new one with arround 250...no point in repairs and fail after a while unless its under warranty
Hi, I can fix your Triton T90sr shower today at 10:00 AM. Common fault - blocked filter or failed solenoid valve. Price includes callout, full diagnosis, labour and cleaning filter, head and hose. Any parts that need to be replaced or are burnt will be paid separately. I will confirm with you before fitting. I have experience with Triton showers and I have tools with me. Would also suggest you check the fuse board just incase the RCBO switch has been knocked off.
