@Deepak A. Sorry, Deepak, this is just 2 jobs, one of which should take 5-10 minutes, and the other 20-30 minutes at both, so 120e is way too high for me.
@Kevin B. Afraid not, sorry. One side has just 'slipped' a fraction on its hinges. Needs to be rehung or trimmed, I guess, so it can be closed/locked.
