Sand & touch-up paint 2 ceiling patches

Description
I had plaster repairs done around two ceiling hatches and need someone to sand smooth and repaint to blend in. Both ceilings are white (standard matte/flat finish). Work needed: sand patches smooth, prime if needed, then paint to blend with the surrounding ceiling. Would need to get this completed ASAP if possible.

Sarah I understand you are trying to help the customer understand and explain how to do the job, but advice you should reply to them through offers message instead of the comments or others will poach your advice and use it for their offers. You are giving away your knowledge for free otherwise.

@Alp Y. Can do it Tuesday for you. It will take a couple of layers of paint, but i will have it done with in 1 day for you.
@Sarah D. Hi Sarah, What day would you be able to come and hopw long do you think it will take? One or multiple visits (i.e., multiple layers)?
@Alp Y. Ok, thank you. For this to look good it and blend in together, the new plaster will need to be sanded primed, and then painted white all over the ceilings. 2 year old paint will not blend in with new paint. I can do this for you. I will put a new offer in.

@Sarah D. Hi Sarah, the paint is 2 years old and hatches are located on smaller rooms: 10 sq m for one approx. and 4 sq m for the other
@Alp Y. Just giving you advise, the whole ceilings may have to be painted, all depends on how old the paint is thats already on the the ceilings?
