Ok. Has it fallen out of the track...or actually piece broken.
@Garrett D. Hi Garrett, I added some photos to describe. Essentially the door has fallen off its hinges on top. Bottom seems to be okay.
Can you post up sone pictures please of the door, what you think is broken .
