Yes I agree need to find the cause of these issues before any repairs are made, I can do a full investigation before repairs are carried out. Yes that week works for me

@Alan S. Thanks! The bathroom was renovated within the last year, but I’m not sure whether the leak has been fully resolved or what caused the water mark. It may possibly be coming through a gap around the shower, the silicone seal, shower tray or drainage area. Could you please inspect the shower area and try to identify whether water is still getting through before carrying out the painting? I would not want the ceiling or wall to be repainted if the source of the moisture has not been fixed. I would also prefer to have the work carried out either during the week beginning 27 July or the week beginning 4 August. Would you have any availability during either of those weeks?

Hi Granted that the leak has been resolved, yes roof will be treated and repainted and sealed correctly. Bathroom will be resealed with silicone where needed. Radiator will be rehung with correct fittings. Windows) seals will be checked and corrected where needed. I have availability Thursday Friday evening next week and Saturday 8-4pm. Ideally I'd like to call one of the evenings prep all mould and fill any thing that needs allow all this to dry then I can carry out all other repairs needed. All in all one evening of work and a revisit for other works hard to put an exact timing on it as only have photos. Quote above stands for all parts and labour Cheers Al

@Alan S. Could you also confirm whether the cost of materials is included in the offer, and let me know when you would be available to carry out the work?

Min K. 11 hours ago

@Alan S. Hi, Alan just to clarify, the bathroom with the water leak and the bathroom with the severe mould are two different bathrooms. Both bathrooms need the affected walls and ceilings to be properly prepared and repainted. Could you please confirm whether your offer includes the preparation and painting work for both bathrooms, including materials, or whether this would cost extra?
