Fireplace Removal - 31st of August (max €350)

Description €300-€350 I’m looking for someone to remove a decorative fireplace in a house in Dún Laoghaire, Dublin. Job is on the 31st of August. The fireplace consists of a timber surround and cast-iron insert, which appear to be simply screwed to the wall. There is no gas fire or stove involved. Plasterboard over brick. Measurements: Length 115cm Height 110cm Depth 14cm The job would include: • Removing the timber surround and cast-iron insert • Taking away the removed materials • Filling in the wall • Plastering the wall flat and leaving it ready for painting • It should be a relatively straightforward job.
