You want someone to remove the floor tiles, get all old adhesive removed, then tank the floor and lay new tiles..... But you only paying for labour of 160 euro. What tiler is going to do that? You have lots of tasks for similar jobs, are you a builder and coming on here looking for cheap labour while you keep the profit?
